Wash on Delicate and hang to dry

Dress is so soft and comfortable and pretty butttt I washed it once and it has fabric balls on it now just minor but still at this rate it will be a big rollypolly by 3rd wash. It’s still nice to wear and comfortable and it was a great price so I don’t mind. It’s just that kind of fabric
