Terrible customer service and product

While this backpack is cute and useful, the quality is not there. The top strap has come almost entirely unstitched on the top with very light use. When I tried to reach out to Lucky for support they do not stand behind their products and would not support a refund or replacement after 60 days. Please do not waste your money on this purse as it will likely come unstitched. I'm certain there are be higher quality pieces out there with companies that stand behind their products for more than 2 months.
