Just ok

Seems to work ok. Not perfectly level. Instructions show the correct model # but show a different seat (no cutout hole) and do not say anything about the catch bucket nor how to install it. Manufacturer does not answer phone during business hours. Will keep calling....

Arrived on time nice chair but it not design well for a paraplegic it is not sturdy enough The seat is not deep enough or wide enough & it’s needed a extra hole to be able to lower it They need to get a handicap person to help design it I’m a paraplegic

This is unsafe!

I got this particular shower chair as a replacement for my old bench. I have cerebral palsy I have to hold onto bars to stand up I have a home health aide who helps me in and out of the shower we had to zip tie the seat to the frame because unless you can stand up and sit down without even having to scoot the seat will come off while you're sitting on it if you shift your weight the wrong way I almost fell inside the frame twice and yes the seat was properly attached as it was supposed to be an Snapped in but the chair is not sturdy when it comes to scooting if you have to scoot transfer or scoot back or have someone physically help you scoot this is not a safe use of equipment unless you are prepared to use it ties or some such thing to ensure that the seat does not come undone or does not shift in an unsafe manner while in use

Works perfect. Quickly can remove bedlam and place in shower using cutout to help wash undercarriage.
