Pretty
True colors silky material durable. The only thing I wish is that they were double sides. The back side is a white see through material not terrible

Curtains are beautiful and gave me some much needed color/decor! Lots of compliments on them so far!
I ordered three sets of these just before Christmas and have had them hanging since. I have them hanging in my living room, dining room and on a set sliding glass doors. They look amazing in all three areas. They added a nice pop of color that I needed! Because of the product description, I expected them to be a bit more of a true, plain red, but they aren’t. I’d say they are actually more of a darker burgundy-red, which works well for me. (The photo pretty accurately represents the correct color, rather than the description.) The fabric has a slight sheen, which gives them a nice, rich look. They do a great job of blocking out most light. (I would not describe them as full black-out curtains. I have had sets of black-out curtains that literally block out ALL light. These do not, but they come close. In my opinion, they do block out plenty of light for anyone wanting a dark room to watch tv, movies, sleep, etc. during daylight hours.) They also do a great job of blocking that cold, drafty feeling you get when standing close to the windows at night. The curtains also have a white backing which was important to me – I don’t like anything other than white to be seen on the exterior of home. (The product description didn’t specify this, so I just took a chance and hoped they’d be lined with a white backing. If they weren’t, I’d have had to return them.) My only complaint is that they don’t slide on the curtain rod as easily as others do. There is ample room around the pockets, but they just tend to “catch” on the middle of the rods when I attempt to open them back up. (I have the extra long rods with an extension piece in the middle, so they catch on that part.) I’m short so I have to do a little hop/jump/dance to get them moving. (The pockets for the rods are the exact same size as other curtains I have and the rods are the same, so it must just be that the fabric doesn’t slide as easily.) I wasn’t expecting to ever close them when I ordered them, so it’s no big deal. (I only close them now because they work so well on the light/drafts.) It's not a big enough deal to remove any stars for it! Overall, I am very happy with these and would recommend to anyone! I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on them!

Very pretty curtains, the color itself is very rich (you have to like this color, of course) and they certainly add pizzazz to the room. I did not experience the color runs or the poor sewing as mentioned in other reviews. They looked well done and they came out of the package with hardly any wrinkling at all. They are not the heaviest curtains you'll see, although they are presented as black out. But they do a pretty good job - They certainly help with the light and the draft. All in all, a very good buy for the price that I paid. What do you expect at this price range? They certainly don't look "cheap" as some comments have mentioned. The texture of the fabric is kind of silky and the pattern is silk screened on, not woven into the fabric. I ordered another set of two because I wanted to have more draping and I thought that the colors were great without being too garish. I have definitely seen "cheaper" looking curtains at mainstream stores, for the same or higher price.

Good curtain for the money.
We got these curtains for my daughter's bedroom and they are exactly what we were looking for. I would say the color is probably a little closer to a powder blue than it appears in the picture. They do block incoming light but I wouldn't say they're blackout curtains. If you're looking to totally block the light you may need to get a liner or a different curtain. That being said, they do block enough light for nap time, which is what we got them for. The material is good and thick. It feels like polyester but doesn't look cheap at all. After a lot of looking this curtain was the best match for what we wanted at a good price. Also, I love that it was a set of two curtains! How often do you buy just one? ;)

I like them!
I actually like these curtains. They are a lite on the dull side instead of jet black and a little shorter than I needed but I should have measured. However they are pretty heavy and blocks out just the right amount of sun for a sittingroom. They seem to be good quality curtains. Let's see how they hold up to the sun when it co.es to fading.

Great color, not fully blackout
We like these curtains a lot. They were the perfect pop of color for our living room, and I do think they keep the heat in pretty well. They are not, however, true blackout curtains since you can definitely see the light behind them. That wasn't a problem for us since they're in the living room, but if you're looking to keep your bedroom pitch black, these probably won't do it.

I really wanted to like these black out curtains
I really wanted to like these black out curtains, I ordered 2 different brands and patterns from the website and these just looked nicer. Once I got them I noticed they were poorly sewn I hung them up and it did not truly black out the light, it did dull the light to a more manageable level. My husband just started shift work again and was having trouble sleeping during the day..these probably would have helped. I decided to hang them up next to the darker ones I did not like as much..the darker ones totally blacked out the light..I did see light at the top and sides but it was so minute it would not be a problem...the photos I posted are of the two panels side by side on the window..the photo actually looks like more light is coming through than it was..I would say about 3 shades darker but the camera kept picking up more light than was there..but it the picture does show the difference with the light on and off..also a couple of pics of the shoddy sewing and material

Doesn't do as it promises but looks okay.
It's not a complete black out curtain as we had hoped. It does diminish light but it doesn't block it out as effectively as other black-out curtains. Based on this, because I'm a 3rd shifter and need a DARK bedroom during the day, we wouldn't purchase again. It is very cute but I would recommend getting this style in a teal or another fun light color instead. The black is pretty useless.
