Weird lack of hems!!!

This fits true to size but that’s the only positive thing I think to say about this. The material feels extremely weird and crunchy sounding and very cheap!!! The other weird thing is that there is no hem at the bottom of this shirt. It’s like they just cut the blouse from a piece of cloth and couldn’t be bothered to stitch a hem on it. This makes it lie awkward as there is zero weight to it and it just looks cheap, like you ran out of thread so just left it!!!
