When thinking Juicy Couture bracelet kits, your first thought obvs is "what does a 49yo man think?"

The media could not be loaded. I got this, and another Juicy Couture jewelry set for a Girl Scout troop project, as such my personal experience has mostly been opening the box and then sorting beads and supplies and dividing up things in bag to bag format to hand out for project. The box contains about $0.60 worth of product, is 94% air, is packaged to withstand a bomb blast. The entire contents could fit in an envelope with room to spare. That's not what you're purchasing this for obviously, and I would consider re-purposing the interior box because it's quite over-manufactured for a bead-conveyance device. Whether your kids, troop leaders, or 49-year-old acquisitions and unboxing expert like the product or not is entirely subjective. The items appear the quality I would expect for kiddos, the gold beads perhaps a little on the low side for my subjective Juicy Couture tastes, but you know that's just me. As a kid's activity kit - quite enjoyable although the instructions should be simplified a bit. Should be noted you will probably want a knife handy as there are 4 pieces tape preventing the interior plastic packing pieces from separating.

Really fun kit!

Our daughter loves this! She opened it with one of her friends and the 2 of them sat for hours making little bracelets. They had so much fun! Kit comes with quite a bit of materials. They both had no problems making a few bracelets each and there is a bunch left over too. Very pleases with this set!

Pretty nice jewelry making set for kids

My niece loves making bracelets, necklaces, etc so I picked this up for her to play around with. It contains several options for creations including thick threads, elastic cords, and also gold chains so there is a good variety of choice when making these. All of the beads are plastic except for the letters which are metal (it does only contain 1 of each letter so you can't make any names, etc with more than one of each which is a bummer). One thing I was surprised at that I wasn't expecting is a directions manual with a whole ton of ideas on how to make the bracelets and combine the threads so kids or beginners don't have to work from scratch. I also think the box is a bit funny/wasteful. It is a fairly large box that just has some small plastic windows to showcase what is inside, but once you take the outer cover off, 80% of the box is just empty space. Overall, a nice $20 set to give as a gift for kids interested in jewelry making.

Juicy Couture Bracelets !

Like the other reviewers mentioned, this kit really doesn’t come with much for the packaging size. Juicy Couture (back in the 2005/6) day was well known for their luxurious packaging. This kit’s box is very nice and similarly on brand with Juicy of olden days. Obviously for the price, my nostalgia was screaming at the good deal! And now I get to share that shadow of nostalgia with my preteen - who’s always making bracelets with her friends. Is it the same high quality luxury of Y2K Juicy Couture? Eh no. But it’s still super exciting and worth it to me!
