Great Whistle
I use this whistle to call my dog,sometimes he goes farther than he should. This whistle is loud enough that he can hear it and comes home.!

must have survival tool that you hopefully never have to use
keep this bad boy clipped in my life vest and am happy to have this when i hit the surf with my ocean kayak! This is one of those things that everyone should have when you are out on any water or situation where survival may stare you straight in the eye - this sucker is LOUD and works in water. $15.22 and haven't had to use it - I hope I don't have to...small price to pay for added piece of mind. no metal, other than the ring, means no rusting so i leave it on my life vest at all times tethered with an elastic cord so if it were to get fumbled, it would still be right there with me.

One great whistle
If you are looking for a rather small whistle (it would be nice if it was a little smaller)that is so loud that it is almost dangerous to use in a small room than this is it. I love the bright easy to find orange color and ear splitting sound. You can not go wrong with this whistle.

Very easy to blow, not that bulky
I tried blowing it quietly, gently, but it still gave out quite a much-louder-than-expected sound. So I don't have to worry about having to blow hard with this whistle. Also, I read that the Storm whistle is very bulky; this one, in contrast, is actually not that bulky at all. It's bigger than your average whistle but not shockingly so. It feels quite comfortable in my hand.

It’s louder then other whistle. Hope it’ Loud enough in the emergency situation. Just put in my hiking bag.
