This is my second Baby Doll nursing dress from Maternal America. I own two with long sleeves and now the short sleeve version for warmer weather. I love the chest coverage, drape, and flattering fit. This can be easily dressed up or down depending on the shoes I wear with it. It does run smaller than most maternity. For a straight figure, you could probably get away with your normal size, although you might prefer to go up one size. If you have hips like me, size up at least one, maybe two sizes. I am an 8/10 with 40" hips and can wear both the large and XL. I have only worn this for nursing, not pregnancy. Amazon pricing varies quite a bit and I got this dress for a steal in size XL at $35! The tag says "dry flat" or dry clean only, but I throw this dress in the wash if needed, on cold delicate, and run it through the dryer on the lowest setting and have not yet experienced any adverse effects from laundering.
