Not "New" but Used and Damaged!!!

Sadly I have to leave this poor review for the listed product. The product itself was as described aside from the most important element of the product being the wheel lock key tool which was not in "new" condition it was clearly used and broken. This presented a huge problem when this was pointed out to me by my mechanic as my car was on the lift with all the new wheels and tires installed. Now maybe it's partly my fault for not thoroughly inspected the package but the interior package box was sealed but inside the bag contained the wheel lugs and locking lug key tool was ripped open. Clearly someone used the item damaged / sheared off the key portion of the tool and retuned it. When paying approx $150 for a vital automotive accessory a better quality control and inspection process should be in place to avoid this situation for customers. I have attached several photos of the items and you can clearly see the blackened scuff and use marks on the "new" key tool when compared to the regular lug nut tool from the same box which shows similar wear marks as it was used to install the non-locking lugs onto my vehicle. I've also attached photos to show the inside of the key tool which is sheared off and damaged as well as the opened package condition which was showed to me upon inspection by my mechanic.
