run slightly small

if you're looking for an insole that has good arch support and cushioning, you've found it. I've got not quite flat arches, so many insoles with good arch support leave my arches feeling sore as if bruised. But these don't do that. They do run slightly small. The ones I ordered are supposed to fit a women's 8-9. I put them in a pair of size 8 Hoka Bondi SR. I matched them to the insoles I pulled out and they're an almost perfect match. Turns out they fit well without being trimmed at all. So if you really need the larger of the two sizes the insole is supposed to fit you might think about getting the next size up.

These things are tiny.

The actual cushion is pleasant (though whether it will survive real use is something I’d have to see to be confident in), but they’re way too small for something that advertises itself as for industrial footwear. I wear size 13, which is above average, but nowhere near the extreme among people I work with, and these don’t come close to filling my shoe.

These insoles help my planter fasciitis.

I use these insoles in every pair of shoes that they will go in. They are very comfortable and help with planter fasciitis.

Presses your feet to the top

Now the top of my foot is hurting along with the bottom. There is extreme height in these and they pressed my foot and toes to the top of my shoes. I can not wear them any longer for now I am in twice the amount of pain I was in before I started wearing these. I think my foot would feel better if it just didn’t force it to the top. I can’t even get a refund because I have to return them, but it has to be undamaged and I cut the left insole because I had to make it into a circle to put in my prosthetic.

I have been working on concrete floors in a manufacturing plant. I have tried all kinds of insoles and shoes. I require steel/ alloy toed shoes and these insoles are a life saver absolute game changer!! Durable, hand washable( dawn), and long lasting. All my foot pain went away!! If you work in wafer tech type facilities, manufacturing, room service, wait staff, you need these!!!!
