Heavier than they look
But they Merrell. First few times they felt stiff but my experience with the brand is that they will turn out great. I wouldn't buy any other make.

Inserts
Have held up well for 8 months. Stiff to begin with and needed gel insoles. I also wear two pairs of socks to offset any excess loose fit

Well made
Very comfortable especially since they came in wide since I have wide feet

Size 11.5, fits perfect. Comfortable, and not too big for a work shoe.
Sizing is right on, and as always this shoe from Merrell is very comfy. Haven't used them long, so we'll see how they hold up, but so far I'm happy.

Heavy
Heavy for a composite toe. Feels bulky.

Let them break in
It takes a few days for these shoes to break in well. I'm in a warehouse 8 to 10 hours a day on concrete floors, I didn't wear them all day everyday for the first five or six days. But now they have become very comfortable and seem to be very durable.

Not as comfortable as other Merrill purchases
Not a bad work shoe. They are light and breathable which I like. The real problem is the fit. I tried them on in the store them purchased them online because the price was better. I’m glad I did because I ended up sizing down from my normal shoe size. Even still they fit a little loosely in some places and my feet ache by the end of they day. Not a bad shoe Just not what I’m used to from this brand. Will not buy again
