Best Toilet Seat Ever!

You are given 2 ways to attach to bowl. I prefer all plastic, so used nylon bolts with rectangular end. Line up exactly where you want seat. Release seat from mounting bracket. Put a plastic rectangle in each square [you are given 4 but only need 2 of them.] Make sure they lock over the hole. Drop the plastic bolt in the hole so it locks on the rectangle, from below slide on washer then nut. I can get the bracket tight enough by turning with fingers only. You may wish to use pliers to get a little tighter, stop when seat remains in place. For you top tighteners, use the other bag with the steel screws. You will need to temporarily separate the screw and steel rectangle from the tightening nut. If you are a puzzle lover, you may be able to loosen bolt without removing nut and sneak it into the plastic rectangle from below. As before, plastic rectangle over bolt hole in square. Then steel screw with rectangle in hole. You can avoid having to put plastic tightening nuts in from below by lifting bracket and putting back together before you drop both assemblies in their holes. Snug nut up to bracket. Tighten from above [you need do nothing underneath holes!] We have stuff on top of toilet, so seat goes down fast then slows near bowl. Cover slowly closes all the way down. I installed 2 of these in about 10 minutes.

It’s ok but definitely wouldn’t buy again

The concept is good but the design isn’t up to the task. It still moves to much once it’s installed and locked into the locked position. When you set on it the seat has to much slop in it from side to side and front to back. In addition to that the locking mechanism doesn’t hold well and will separate from the part that is secured to the toilet.

Don’t know why all the negative reviews!

I will agree with the fact that this seat came with no instructions. But really, no way to put it on? I am a 66 year old woman, and it literally took me a few minutes to figure out how to install it, and took only a couple minutes to do so. Works great!!

Would not recommend!

This item is easy to clean and comes with pre-installed scratches! I took it out the box and it was already scratched, YAY! I’ve installed several toilets seats before and this one’s requires instructions…but guess what? They don’t include instructions in the packaging, YAY x 2! Make sure not to slide off the seat because you will end up on the floor due to the “Easy release“ system not having a lock latch, YAY x 3! This item does come with two mounting systems, both are trash. The seat is comfortable but looks used. Looking at this out the box, I would say they refurbished an old public toilet seat to resell it. I would not recommend!

Worst toilet seat ever

First of all, I bought this a while ago but didn't use until today. The unopened box sat in my garage. Now, let me start by saying this unit came with zero instructions in the box. Second: there is NO WAY to mount the seat onto the toilet. We've tried everything to no avail. Please don't buy this. It's super complicated without instructions and once you kinda figure it out, you realize this toilet is a beta test for it's true function, todrive you irretrievably insane. I'm out $20 so you truly get what you pay for here. Will get a decent toilet seat from home depot
