Works better compared to most

I’ve used it a few times now and while it did take 60% of the brass out, it still left some. I thought it would have worked better to remove all the brass. I let it sit 4 minutes each time I used it. The first time some of my light blonde turned purple based. It is better than most considering most other brands didn’t remove any brass.

TikTok made me buy it!

Disappointed to see it leaked through the plastic and into the package but it wasn’t too much so I just rinsed it off. Smells great! Excited to try it out

Great shampoo, horrible packaging

This shampoo is Amazing for blondes. It really helps to remove all the brassy and yellow tones without overly drying. My daughter has a very sensitive scalp, in this brand doesn’t give her any problems at all. However, they need to put a seal on it for customers who purchase online. I noticed other reviews had far worse spills than this. The biggest problem with the spill or the leakage is that this shampoo will stain your clothes, or anything else at touches. Like I said, it’s a great shampoo, but the company definitely needs to add a seal to the top. When opening my daughter got this on One of her favorite shirts and I have not been able to get it out. It ended up costing me far more than the bottle of shampoo cost.

Not so sure

This is the daddy of all purple shampoos…..normally. I bought this Milkshake shampoo as my current one was running out (I’d bought this bottle from my hairdresser). When I received this one from Amazon, straight away I noticed the colour of the bottle was slightly different. I just thought maybe they’ve changed the colour on the bottle. When I used it the first time I didn’t feel my hands were stained the same way as they normally are and my hair didn’t seem like it did with the bottle I’d bought from the hairdressers. After a few uses, I’ve noticed it’s not as think, it’s not the same vibrant purple and it’s still not staining things like my other bottle did….am not sure if this is a fake!

Used it once and the results are amazing!

Wife's review: Used only once but the results are amazing! I decided to go blonde after having dark brown/black hair. Very long process. Started in March and I thought I can’t get the icy shade I always wanted. Turns out I can. I had a lot of yellow in my hair which I felt uncomfortable with. My hairdresser told me to try this shampoo. I didn’t expect anything really, especially after first time. I used it on wet hair (I know some people use it on dry), left it on for about 2 mins and 90% of the yellow shade is gone! My hair is now more ashy icy blonde. Almost as icy as I want it to be so I’m hoping when I use the shampoo next time it’ll go even more icy. I noticed it left a tiny purple tint (barely noticeable, I noticed after few mins of staring at my hair in strong bright light). It doesn’t bother me at all though but If it bothers you then leave the shampoo in for less than 2 mins. It might be different for everyone. I wish the scent was a lot stronger but that isn’t the most important thing. All in all I would recommend it especially for ladies who really want to achieve that ashy icy tone. Wish I took pictures before and after as I because the results are truely amazing!

Disappointed

Unlike a lot of others, my shampoo arrived perfectly, no spillage. The top was sealed under the screw cap so don’t know if that’s a new addition. Unfortunately i’m really disappointed in the product, wanted something which would add a silver tone to my hair but i can’t see any difference after using it several times. Hair has been recently bleached too so would’ve thought it would do something.

From blonde to purple hair

If you would like a purple tint in your hair this product is for you. If you want a lovely ice blonde instead of yellow tones dont use this product. I cant leave this product in any longer than a quick wash. Ive left other purple shampoo's in for longer and got a better result. All this product did was tint my blonde to purple. Not the look i wanted. It also stains your nails pretty quickly too. This product is very strong and only use with caution.

Lovely Shampoo

I bought this light version of milkshake purple shampoo because my hair is super absorbent and takes in color fast. I dilute this with my normal shampoo & get lovely result's. Took away any yellow tones and hair looked glossy. I don't think diluting is necessary for others just my dry absorbent hair.
