Female end works well. Doesn’t leak air. Male end shows wear fast.

I’m an automotive painter and use these in my shop. The female end works great and doesn’t leak air but after a month of use the male end started showing wear and was hard to insert into the female end. I still use the male end on my spray gun. But on my da sander it started to show wear fast.

Milton brand, cannot go wrong

Great brand and great product. The color let’s you easily identify what connection you need and I pick the right tools. Will but again as needed.

Look pretty but

These work great if you use them only with other adapters and couplers of the same brand and type, however when pairing these industrial specification couplers with fittings of the same type made by a different manufacturer they leak, most likely due to a difference in coupler depth resulting in the fitting not properly engaging with the coupler seal

Good quality

Good quality, I bought to connect air hose to air compressor at one end and to staple gun at the other end. I used plumber's tape to seal.

Short Useful Life

There is a reason that fittings are usually made from brass or steel rather than aluminum like these ones. After a fairly small number of reconnections the fittings started leaking, then would pop apart. The pictures show how the mating surface deformed under use. They started out circular and deformed to the cogged/star pattern shown in the pictures. This happened on both fittings.

Easy to match because of color

Works like it should and easy to connect due to color, as long as you connect te same color you should be good to go.
