Quality issue making them unusable

The alignment of the bolt holes of the 2 curved bars are too far off, making one side of the horizontal bar not touch the door frame when assembled. Sadly, this makes the pull up bar unusable. I'm hoping the seller can send replacement parts. If not then I would need to return them.

TOTAL GARBAGE!

WAS NOTHING MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT, WHICH WE RETURNED FOR SMASHED BOX AND PARTS MISSING THAT WAS REBOXED WITH PARTS STILL MISSING. ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO HARDWARE STORE TO PURCHASE HARDWARE TO PUT THIS TOGETHER. MY SON WAS TIRED OF WAITING SO I LET HIM KEEP IT, BUT IN ALL HONESTY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED. CRAP...DO NOT RECOMMEND!

missing the most important bar to hang it up, had to use my own wood. very dissatisfied

it came with the most important bar missing. i wouldnt have been able to hang it if i didnt have a random piece of wood around to screw the other parts too. its shaky and wobbly. very unhappy abd disappointed

Bad Craftsmanship

Poorly made. Bad Craftsmanship. The Holes are not even causing the device to not sit flush to the door frame. Causing it not to hang as it's supposed too. Slips if you try to hang. Injury Hazzard.

I had to exchange the first one I received because it was missing the hardware. The second one I received was also missing the hardware. I wasn't willing to give a third strike. Waste of my time...
