Bought for all-day use, so far so good
I work from home, and recently decided to upgrade my chair to something with more ergonomic features. I got this chair primarily for the back support as well as the ability to adjust 3 different ergonomic settings: the seat's forward angle, the back's forward angle, and the seat's height from the ground. In this regard, the chair is great. You are able to lock the chair into essentially the perfect position for your body, which was important to me. When the back's adjust lever is locked down, the back does not give at all. It's locked in place. This was a crucial element for me because it provides the back support I need when sitting long hours. This chair delivers that in spades, and so for that alone it was worth the money for me. In terms of the chair's comfort and quality, I would rate it average. It doesn't seem to be made of cheap materials, and everything feels solid once assembled. The mesh seat cover and back are quality and don't feel cheap or like they are likely to tear. One aspect that isn't so great is the wheels. I HIGHLY recommend you also purchase a set of rollerblade wheels for office chairs. This is one of the biggest upgrades you can make to any chair, and solves the problem of this chair's subpar wheels. A set of 6 can be had here on Amazon for under $20 as of this writing. I have only had this chair for a few days, so I will update this review as time passes and comment on quality over time. EDIT: 1-Week Update: Vast improvement over my previous chair. The ability to lock the back in place is crucial for me and this chair has been a delight over the past week. The chair is extremely comfortable for me even after a long work day, sitting for 8+ hours. If it holds up like this for a long duration I will be very pleased with my purchase. EDIT: 6-Week Update: I continue to be impressed and satisfied with this chair. No squeaks, it's not loose anywhere, and the back support is still as strong as the day I put it together. Will update later this year to speak to quality longevity.

A decent budget stopgap
I have mostly enjoyed the chair, finding it comfortable and adequate for the price. The core component that controls the tilt, height, and recline seems to be a bit iffy in terms of quality and the foam on the arms started coming apart after a couple months of use. The chair also quickly became very squeaky. I bought the chair in 2020 and have been using it just about everyday until the beginning of 2023. I weigh about 235 lbs which is pretty far below the 331 lbs weight limit but more than a good number of people so some of the wear and tear I experienced might be lower for someone lighter. The core that controls the height, recline, and tilt seems to work itself loose after a couple of months and won't hold any of the settings under load. I found it can usually be fixed by tightening the bolts under the plastic caps but I still found it very squeaky. Before figuring out how to fix it the first time, I contacted customer support and they were very quick to respond and instead of telling me how to fix it just sent out another chair which I consider good customer service. The foam on the arms is probably my least favorite part of the chair, just about all the parts of the foam that aren't supported by the metal supports has eventually come off and the process started rather shortly after I got the chair. Still, when it's functional which has been most of the time, I've found the chair comfortable and after looking at chairs for a bit even though $140 felt like a lot at the time, it's still the price of a very budget chair and I think it met my needs considering that. I'm now upgrading to a Steelcase Series 1 Work Office Chair.

Nice, but the seat could be cushier.
I love the color of my chair and it really brightens up my home office. The seat cushion is not that cushy though, and after an hour or so it pretty much flattens out and I can feel the frame. It's very customizable between the height, tilt, and recline back levers. The height of the seat back can also be adjusted. All in all I like the chair, I just wish the seat cushion was more supportive.

Great chair for the value, only one minor flaw
POSITIVES: Very easy to assemble! Sturdy and reliable. Comfortable. Can be assembled with or without the armrests. NEGATIVE: The back continually slides down even when the friction knob is tightened completely. I need to slide it back up every few days.

Looks good but could be more comfortable in the lower back
This is a nice chair that looks very professional and comes in enough colors that you can get one to match your company identity or room colors. There are a good number of adjustments available on each chair, so you can almost always find a setting that gets it comfortable for your preferences. I have found that over time, the chair back netting gets just a bit looser, and then your lower back starts to press in the plastic support when you lean back. This isn’t a deal breaker, but in that position, the chair becomes less comfortable and isn’t great for your back. These are easy to assemble, but if you are doing a large number of them, I found it much easier to cut the L joint off of the supplied allen wrench and use the remaining piece in a drill to quickly assemble the chairs. The wheels work really well on most surfaces, but if you will be putting this on thick carpet, they will not move well, so you’ll likely need one of those plastic chair roller pads that fit under a desk.

Way over-rated!
Everyone out there makes it sound like this chair is something special. It is out of the box, but after a year, it's wobbly and the cushioning is basically gone. This is just another over-hyped product.

If I could give this 6 stars I would
My back pain got better within 10 minutes of sitting on this chair. I've been using a really crappy, ancient office chair for two years now and it's done a number on my back; I've had this chair three days now and my back feels better not just sitting in this chair, but in general. The lumbar support is awesome. The ergonomics on this chair, aside from the armrests being a little awkward if you like to lean back a bit when you type, are great. Having the back AND seat tilt be separate and lock/unlockable is so, so nice. The colour is a lot more yellow than the stock pictures show. It's more highlighter yellow than it is green. I love it but would've preferred a more accurate representation on the site. The assembly is simple and straightforward. The seat is just amazing. The waterfall seat with the divots for your legs instead of just being a flat "board" I guess is like sitting on a cloud. However, the mesh on the seat has very deep holes and it's impossible to get little specks of fluff out without vacuuming it. I also wish it could tilt back just a *little* farther, about 5-10° would be great. Those two minor points aside, I'm so happy with this chair I could scream. The ergonomics are on point for the price and, again, my back feels *so* much better. Do yourself a favour and get one if you're in the market. This thing rocks. I'll be posting continuous updates for the next good while cos I don't think 3 days of ownership is enough for a solid review.

disappointing back support - had to return
I was so excited to get this chair and had such high expectations. It was mostly good: 1. it is really sturdy, even for my tall/large frame 2. the seat is very comfortable - I sit at my desk 6-9 hours per day 3. I hate armrests on my chairs and the chair was easy enough to put together and use without them 4. it has a passable lumbar support (my chair had a defect with raising / lowering the back of the chair, so maybe the lumbar support is better in other chairs) The bad and the reason I returned it: The back of an ergonomic chair is supposed to conform to your back, so it supports you in an upright sitting position (90 degrees between back and thighs, 90 degrees between thighs and shins). This chair has the upper back tilted way back at around 120 degrees (see photo). It only supports the lumbar, not the entire back (blue lines on the photo). If I want my back supported by the chair I have to lean back to the point that I can't really type unless the keyboard is in my lap. It is useless as an ergonomic office chair because of that. There is no way to adjust the back to be more upright. The lever that changes the chair tilt only allows the back to tilt even further away but doesn't offer an upright option. This is a design flaw.

Good chair for the price
Good chair for the price, feels comfy and sturdy. However there are a few annoying issues: - the backrest keeps sliding down no matter how tight you tighten it; adding some duct tape to thicken the support post made it better. - the seat tilt is adjustable, however it only leans back from horizontal; the option to lean slightly forward would have been appreciated - the arm rests are a bit too wide for me (even at the closest setting) and since the tops don't turn and they are concave, it gets uncomfortable while typing after a while. If you just have one hand on the keyboard and one on the mouse this is not a problem.
