overpriced piece of metal and 2 screws
Overpriced, but what are you gonna do when you need one of these in a hurry to finish a job? Moen really should include this with the drain kit and overflow cap with center hole that we already purchased.

Works Like It’s Meant To
This conversion kit is necessary if you want to install a one-hole tub overflow where you presently have a two-hole overflow plate. It works as needed.

Over priced

Worked great
I wanted to get rid of my ancient two-hole bathtub drain plate and install a new Moen brushed nickel single-hole plate. This did the trick handily. By far the hardest part of installing this was removing the gunk-encrusted old plate and its attached hardware (it had a long-disused lever connected to who knows what back in there). The two screws holding on the old plate were actually somewhat off-center, another reason to discard it. Once the old stuff was removed, the mounting screws fit just fine. I did not need the center screw for my project. Nice to be able to adjust the position to compensate for the poor alignment of the old screw holes.

Wrong size
Like the other reviews, it’s off by a bit in the hole placements. I made it work, but not perfect

Hard to find part. Simple to install and it works.
It works. simple to install. If you need this to convert 2 bathtub holes into 1 this is what you need. I was not able to find in big box hardware stores. Amazon to the rescue. Again! Good luck.

Useful conversion kit
Worked perfectly to convert our two hole overflow pipe so it could accommodate the single holeMoen T90331BN Tub and Shower Drain Cover, Brushed Nickel (comes with its own screw so there's no need to use the funny looking one this comes with). It's quite straightforward. Install the bracket into the existing overflow pipe using the two brass screws and install the overflow cover on top using the hole in the middle. Done!

It works
I still don’t understand why Moen changed from the two hole to single hole design, but to convert, this product worked perfectly. The cover tightened flush with no issues.

Great piece for conversion
Used this to convert a two hole overflow cover into a single hole Moen overflow. The piece feels well made and worked great.
