This faucet features a lever style handle and brass construction with a chrome plated finish for a bright, highly reflective, cool grey metallic look. The aerator flow is limited to 2.2 gpm max and the ceramic disc cartridge with a temperature limit stop is nonmetallic/nonferrous material. This faucet is designed to be installed through three holes that have a 1-1/2-Inch minimum diameter. The lever is ADA compliant and this faucet is certified to ANSI/NSF 61/9, and it complies with California Proposition 65, as well as with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. This was exactly what we had wanted, unfortunately, this model was outdated and the faucet was not compatible with the existing fittings. Our plumber contacted Moen and they sent us a temporary faucet replacement (different model) until they find the correct connection. It's been a bit inconvenient for a month now, other than that, we're hoping the new part will work well.

Excellent system

This commercial system is top of the line. The control valve is smooth as silk and the construction is durable. Installation was easier than expected.

Don't buy. Too small for a kitchen sink.

Way too small. Only 4-3/4 inches from shaft to the water nozzle. Can't run water into any vessel because you can't get close enough because most sinks have a curve and you have to hold the vessel by hand for the water to hit it's target. Had a professional plumber install it and it started leaking within two months. Tied a rag around the base to direct the leak into the sink. Finally the section that delivers the soap broke off making it useless. The faucet is smaller than the one in my travel trailer! I will be calling to return this piece of garbage.

Plumbing Contractor Couldn't Get This Faucet to Install Properly

After three installation attempts, one of the largest plumbing contractors in the Washington, DC area couldn't get this faucet to work. Finally, the dispatcher put me in touch with their tech department. The tech rep I spoke to told me that he routinely has problems with Moen faucets. He recommended a Delta brand faucet instead. So, I will end up having spent two months and nearly $1,000 to replace a kitchen faucet and two valves. That seems a little excessive to me.

Very unhappy

I purchased the Moen Commercial 8138 recently.Had the faucet installed. I would not recommend this product as the arch in the spout comes very close to the back part of the sink instead of more toward the center.(Fine if you want to fill a lobster pot). Picture is very deceiving and there are not enough specs to define the product.

Spout too short

Spout waa too short for double dink. Should be advertised as bar sink faucet. Had to replace with Delta.

Horrible..

Horrible... can't install on granite counter top as the sprayer part that goes down to be screwed in, is too short. When calling for support, I was transferred to 4 different numbers and no one could help. I am returning it!!!
