Terrible Water Pressure

Design is good and easy to install, but the water pressure is terrible and the finish is a haven for water spots and fingerprints.

Easy installation; loved by all

We installed one of these showerheads two years ago in our master shower, replacing an older standard one. The Oil Rubbed Bronze finish matches our already existing MOEN hardware in the bathroom perfectly. We loved the first so much in our master bathroom that we decided to buy another 3.5 months ago for our daughter's shower. Both work perfectly, with no issues. Switching between settings/modes works as expected every time and makes showering much better than with the old "standard" head. Installation was as simple as unscrewing the old showerhead and screwing on the new unit.

Shower head great for price range. Additional magnetic mount went in trash.

As many noted, shower head is plastic. I looked high and low for a metal shower head before concluding that I’d have to go up considerably in price I was willing to pay for hardware and also professional install and landing on this instead. I got the shower head + mount combo because it was cheaper than just the shower head. The mounting hardware in the ancillary mount seems faulty, the mounting but doesn’t clip in to the magnetic cover. It went to trash. The shower head was otherwise a fast & simple install, and I’m happy with operation.

Good magnetic connector

Easy to install, water pressure not too great, the Waterpark was better in that aspect at 1/5 the price.

Should have done this sooner!

Wish I had purchased this two years ago when I moved to this house. Perfect shower head, convenient, and I love the magnet attachment. For someone with long hair it’s cut my shampooing and rinsing time in half due to the large size and power of this hand held. Love it also in the attached position as well. I removed the flow restrictor from the shower head, because I prefer more pressure but that is up to the individual. I purchased this model because it had a metal connection and not the gray plastic. The shower head itself is chrome finish over plastic but it looks great and is easy to handle because it is lightweight.

Made of Plastic

I was very disappointed to find that this item was indeed plastic. The listing states that it is supposed to be metal and it cost $270 so I would have assumed that it was indeed metal. It arrived and it’s plastic. The listing needs to be updated with the correct material because I don’t think I would’ve bought this had I known it was going to be plastic. It matches the rest of our Moen bathroom fixtures so that’s why I’m keeping it.

Perfect Showerhead!

Because of my arthritis and the pain it caused trying to put the showerhead back into it's "cradle" I bought two of these - suggested by a plumber. What a great purchase! No more stretching to place the showerhead back onto the knob/cradle (?) or whatever you call it. The strength of the magnet is strong it just latches itself right on. No more fumbling while having water in your face :) Also, the showerhead has a button in the front that you just push to change the spray functions. I thought it was too expensive but it's worth it when you are living with arthritis - or if you are too short to reach.

Broke about 2 months in, but the manufacturer quickly provided a replacement.

Update: The manufacturer quickly replaced this part and it is working fine. Hopefully, this replacement will last, but at least the customer service is great. Original Review: It worked wonderful for the first two months, but without warning or cause the button that switches the water steam no longer works. Hopefully, the manufacturer will be able to quickly provide a replacement that will hold up better.

Works great Looks good

Wanted a quality wide spray with detachable shower head to assist in cleaning shower. This one does the job. Stylish as well.

Cheap plastic! Looks and feels cheap

Disappointed. It’s all plastic. We have the brushed nickel ones which are metal so assumes this was too. Moen has never let us down before but I would definitely not recommend this. Cheap plastic.

Much ado about nothing

Unless you have a very strong pressure source and hi volume source the selection of spays is pretty much useless. I was also disappointed to find out the buttom did not have an off position. I have had to purchase an additional off valve to use with the unit. In all its very expensive for a plastic unit.

Low pressure, head cannot be tilted to good angle for shower.

I HATED this. Had to return it. The Moen magnetic lock doesn't have any brackets so when you think that you've secured the shower head in place because you've felt it seemingly connect, it will just fall, which is problematic because they are ALL made of plastic with chrome coating, so there's risk of breakage. So if you ever have your eyes closed bc of shampoo or soap, be very careful how you're replacing this. The American Standard magnetic lock system also has brackets to ensure you place it correctly and its much more secure. I hated the low pressure, there's no point of a massage function with such low pressure. Another minus- the water sprays at an almost 45 degree angle which is pretty useless if you want water falling down on the top of your head. It also makes a mess because water gets everywhere. Its not possible to angle the head down . I used this with a shower arm that was angled down and it was still a problem.
