Good price and all the pieces were there
These were great value for the money everything's there including the hardware. Some people said it was not included. This is a great price. I ordered more than one of them can't beat the price for them if the hardware is missing like other people have said them contact the seller I would or just return them to Amazon. It's not like Amazon's going to stop you but like I said all the ones I ordered were there seems to be pretty sturdy for the price and not that cheaply made

Feels kind of cheap and no mounting hardware
I purchased 2 of these for a bathroom renovation. The renovation got delayed for a while and now that I was finally ready to install the towel rings, I found out one was missing the mounting hardware. Neither package included mounting instructions as indicated in the product description, fortunately I do not need instructions. It has been too long to return it for a complete product, so now I am searching for the correct size of mounting bracket. It is not the end of the world, but it is seriously frustrating. They feel about the quality you would expect for a $4 towel ring, but they are fine for our uses. As long as you are not tugging and pulling on it, it should be fine.

Awesome product with really very easy install
I had existing long hanger. I have used the existing drills of the old hanger and place it.

Slightly annoying to install
There's a tiny screw that you need to open and close again on one part of the mount that makes this a bit of a difficult thing to get on the wall, especially if you have average or larger sized screwdriver handles and screwdrivers. Unfortunately I didn't have a thinner screwdriver, so I had to use a screwdriver bit and manually tighten the tiny screw on the bottom. Regardless, the towel ring is pretty sturdy and sticks to the wall. Decent for the cost.

Easy to install, it is very cheaply made ( should have known by price of ring ) made of plastic and just coated . Know for next time to go to store to see the quality of the item

Great towel rack
We needed a simple loop towel rack for hand towels in the bathroom. The Moen was well priced, installed easily and is very good quality.
