LOVE this trim kit. Would order again. (Make sure to get the right valve for it.)
Had a hard time finding this kit through normal plumbing outlets until I stumbled across it on Amazon. I already have this trim kit in another bathroom that was recently remodeled and have been extremely pleased with it. The chrome finish is very nice and the shower head is great. Hard to believe that a "rain" style shower head of this size can produce so much pressure, but it does! I love that it has an adjustment lever on the side of the head which gives you even more water flow options. Before placing my order, I called and spoke to the owner of Plumbing Planet to ask a few questions about the product and was very pleased with his responses to my questions. The trim kit arrived very quickly and was exactly as ordered. I will definitely try to order from this company again. P.S.: It DOES NOT include the valve. The valve that is best recommended for this trim kit if you have copper pipes is the "Moen #2570"- 1/2" Brass Rough-In Posi-Temp Pressure Balancing Cycling Valve with Stops (if you don't have copper pipes, then the "Moen #2590" is the valve you can use). There are a number of valves produced by Moen that will work with this trim kit, but the two that I have mentioned are the best. They have been around for a long time (Moen has a great reputation), and they're a very good design. The best part about these valves is that they have built in "stops". Not all valves do. There may be a small difference in price, but it is well worth it. When you eventually have to change out the cartridges, all you have to do is shut the water off directly on the valve. You don't have to shut down your water for the entire house! My only other advice is to make sure that your plumber takes out all plastic and rubber pieces BEFORE soldering the valve to your pipes. If a torch gets near those gaskets or plastic parts of the cartridges, you will ruin them.

One tiny adjustment needed
We just installed this entire Moen set in our remodeled bath. Because we used a one stationary panel sliding glass door, the contractor installed the rain shower and hand set on the long wall of the tub so that I could reach it easily. The rain head could not be installed on the ceiling because of construction above it in the rafters. The side wall mount looks beautiful and is easy to reach, however , the angle of the rain shower is very slightly off. It only pivots about 30 degrees, and as a result, some of the shower hits the glass door and runs down into the tub. I am looking for a swivel connection so the rain shower head will be parallel with the tub floor. Other then that one tiny issue, I love the entire suite of Moen products.

Extremely poor quality - don't buy Moen
We remodeled our bathroom less than two years ago, and purchased everything Moen Weymouth. Last week, the shower wouldn't shut off. We had to shut off the water and take the shower apart. Turns out the cartridge in the valve needs to be replaced. Of course, Moen has a lifetime warranty, so call them up. However, it will take 7 business days to get here. We couldn't live for up to 10 days without water, so call the plumber to temporarily shut off the valve in the shower. Now, when the part comes in, call the plumber again to reinstall. So, this lifetime warranty is pretty useless, as it doesn't include labor. One thing for sure, I guess they must have designed it easy to replace knowing it would have to be replaced often. I have construction stock Delta faucets 25 years old that haven't leaked. I also have a Moen faucet in the kitchen about 5 years old that also leaks. This is the last Moen I will be purchasing. I will say, its very pretty, but costs too much for this poor quality, not to say the inconvenience

it is a great looking faucet
Only giving 4 stars for now because it hasn't been installed yet. But, it is a great looking faucet, very heavy and solid. Will update when I get to actually use it.
