Great gate spring!

I put them on both my Gates around the pool and they're awesome it's early yet so I can't tell how good the stainless is I don't see any rush so far and it's been a few months and it is Florida and everything rests in Florida so we shall see. But they work really well.

Perfect for keeping your gate closed.

I have a gate that sometimes blows open in the wind, and where I Live it can get very windy. Attached this spring to the gate and it solved the problem

Exactly as advertised

Using it on a wooden path gate - really, no latch needed. Our hound is pretty old and laid back tho - you'll probably be better off with a latch.

More than expected

These are substantial, and actually bigger than my little garden gates need. Honestly, I didn't look at the dimensions when shopping and just assumed from picture and experience that they were the smaller more common springs we had on gates and screen doors as a kid. But you're getting much more. They'd work on 6 foot fence gates and more. The diameter is an inch, overall length 16 inches, and it's weighty. Very strong feel anyway. Just a bit more than I need.

Sturdy and easy to install!!

Used this on my vinyl gate and working beautifully!! Can’t tell you how sturdy it is yet since it was just installed 2 weeks ago! Very satisfied and will highly recommend it to friends:)

Work Fine; Cheaper and Easier to Work with than Fancy Hinge or Rotating Springs

Easy to work with, and they close the gate fine. They have not relaxed despite being opened fully and propped open for extended periods. They are also easy to remove and replace for really long propped open times.
