Native have become more cheaply made recently, but still good shades.
This model is a good pair of sunglasses for smaller faces. I used to wear a different small version until they discontinued it, this is a good replacement. Still, the plastic feels more cheap since I last ordered maybe a year ago (I lose a lot of sunglasses) and the great non-sticky but rubberized earpieces have been replaced with a sort of pad on the inside only. Becoming less worth the price each time I order, but smaller frames are hard to find.

Great sunglasses
Great product, arms are a little thick, my previous pair are thinner. But over a great pair of sunglasses. Came with a nice travel bag and a soft bag too.

Cheap quality
I have owned the Native Throttle sunglasses for years. Native changed their lifetime replacement warranty for accidental breakage. So, I decided to go ahead and purchase another pair, after my other pair broke while playing soccer and getting hit in the face with the ball. This new pair was definitely made of cheaper quality materials than the previous Native sunglasses I have owned. They were also noticeably smaller on my face, almost to the point of being painful. I have already started a return and I will not be purchasing from Native again, as they don't seem to put out the same quality products as in the past.

Well-built and stylish, with great wind resistance
These are surprisingly lightweight, with zero color distortion in the smoke colored lens, and great peripheral vision. I'm a prescription glasses wearer, so for me, these Native Throttle shades are just used for long walks in familiar places, and the occasional musical stage performance. I do feel like they strike a rare balance between cool and utilitarian that's increasingly hard to find. Sometimes though, I can feel my eyelashes brushing against the lens. This can be rectified with a bit of manipulation, but if you're a person - or you're shopping for somebody - who has very long eyelashes, there might be better options. I'm generally very happy with mine. If I lost them, I would replace them with the amber lens throttle variant. $79 seems kinda steep, but if you take good care of your shades, you typically get a few years of frequent use from each pair.

Native USED TO BE a great company
Native was bought out by a giant company years ago. The styles are still good but the warranty and customer service are now non-existent. And they do not sell replacement lens. You instead have to buy replacement lens from Fuse.
