Either not real Nautica pants or seller is selling items that didn't pass quality control

First off, these pants are cute and fit my tall but skinny daughter very well. That said something is not right. These pants have the tag sewn into the front of the pants instead of the back and when searching for this item on the nautica website nothing comes up. The only place I found these pants online are on the website "nauticasgear.com" which does not at all appear to be a authentic Nautica website. I'd have still bought the pants based on design only but don't like being deceived.
