Comes with one 6 in. Square Grate and Low-Profile Adapter. Hassle-free limited lifetime warranty guarantees the NDS product is free from defects—or we’ll replace it. Grate top is 5-7/8 in. square with ¼ in. grate openings; Low-profile adapter is 2-1/2 in. high, top opening is 6-3/16 in. square. Place low-profile adapter on top of drain pipe or drain fitting, for a soil-tight fit; place 6 in. drain grate on top of low-profile adapter. 6 in. Square Drain Grates (with Low-Profile Adapters) are available in a variety of colors and materials. Fits 3 in. & 4 in. Sewer and Drain Pipes & Fittings, 3 in. & 4 in. Durable; Functional
Used as yard drain covered over with river rock. Easy to install. Seems durable. No concern about being able to withstand bearing weight of someone walking on it. Drains well.

Works like it should
Bought this to create a drain for our AC runoff pipe which drips into my front flower bed and was creating a small pond in the summer. Seems to be working well and catching the all the drips; however, it's now autumn so the AC isn't running all that much. So I won't really know if it's working until it gets warm again. I added a section of PVC to the bottom and have it draining into a small pit filled with gravel (and covered with soil, level with the drain). I'm not concerned with moving the water anywhere, just keeping it from pooling on the surface of the clay soil and creating a unsightly muddy mess.

I needed to install my first ever French drain because the jerk next door to me has diverted water from his property to mine and it floods my house. This little grate fits neatly on the 4 inch slotted drain pipe and provides a way for water to drain rapidly away from my house.

This product did not fit the corresponding drain parts I bought yet was advertised to fit yet you made me pay the return. I’m looking elsewhere and ditching my prime membership . Good bye greedy Amazon goodbye getting lousy customer service!
