Casual or dress blouse!

This top is not your usual rayon/spandex because it a woven fabric rather than jersey. I like it for a change though I can tell it will wrinkle...time to pull out the iron or dry clean it even though it is washable. The front has buttons and the hem is shorter than a lot of tops from this brand which is good for me since I am 5', 3". There are balloon sleeves and the print is abstract indigo blue, orange, black and white. I plan to wear it with jeans due to the abundance of dark blue in the fabric.
