Obsessed
This is our third coffee maker in as many years bc we just couldn’t find the right one for us until I tried using this one at my parents house while visiting. So I bought one in hopes to save money and stop going to Dunkin everyday for coffee (spending $10+ each time). I have to say it was the best investment I’ve made in a long time that has already paid for itself. Everyday I make myself and my husband one of these fancy coffees and they come out better than Starbucks and Dunkin. I love that I can make my own cold foam with the frother and have so much fun experimenting with different flavors. We mainly use the specialty brew setting and then a whole pot for my husband to bring to work as he works overnight. The coffee is so smooth and doesn’t taste burnt like it does with some coffee makers that we have had. I like that I can also use it to heat water up for baby bottles and tea without it making the water taste like coffee. I also love that it came with a reusable filter and didn’t realize that until after I got some disposable ones. If you’re like me and love the fancy crafted coffees from coffee shops but are tired of spending over $5 on one you definitely need to give this maker a try. Just get some flavored coffee syrups or do what I did when I first started and just used chocolate syrup for chocolate milk. You won’t be disappointed.

great coffee pot!
I was a little leery of spending so much on a coffee pot but I'm glad I did! We were lo tired of drinking bad coffee that came out of our kerig duo. the only time it tasted good was if you used a pod, and we make ours by the pot. We have had this 9 months or so and still love it! This is a really well thought out machine easy to use convenient features. I have never pushed the clean button instead of the on button and i have big fingers! I cant say enough good things about this machine. my wife and I still comment on how good our coffee tastes each morning!

Very easy to use
I have been using a Keuring for at least the last 15 years, it was always just so much easier for me. Well it was time to get a new coffee maker, and I wanted to try something new. I did a lot of research and found this Ninja CM401 Specialty 10-Cup Coffee Maker. It is not complicated at all to use, and it can do everything I need it to do. The measuring spoon has been very helpful to me. I don't always just want a to go cup of coffee, so having to option of a carafe has been so nice. I am looking forward to using the frother. I am very pleased with the flavor and the heat of the coffee as well. I definitely would recommend this for the price and the ease of use.

great coffeemaker and great service!
It might seem strange that I gave this coffeemaker 5 stars when you know that ours quit completely one month after the warranty expired. We really like the coffee that this machine produces and it has all the features that we want -- and many that we don't really use very often. Despite all of that we were frustrated when our coffeemaker simply refused to brew coffee after 13 months. Not expecting much, I called the service number. On hold for maybe 20 minutes but then a courteous customer service rep walked me through a brief test to confirm the malfunction. At the end of perhaps a 10 minute call he apologized that he couldn't provide a new machine at no cost because the warranty had expired. Then he offered to send me a new coffeemaker base for a $29 shipping fee. Two days later we received the new coffeemaker! I am REALLY happy to find a company that stands behind their products like this!

Best coffee maker ever!
I don’t often post rave reviews about products but this coffee maker is fantastic. I have owned many different drip coffee makers over the years but this one offers so much value that it is very special. Different brewing options, settings, milk frother, and even water level and drip stop sensors/alerts. No steam escapes from the unit during brewing (which damaged the underside of a cabinet in a different coffee maker). It really is an excellent coffee maker that I highly recommend.

It’s Great
I’ve been trying to find at least one bad thing to say about this aaaaaaand I can’t really find anything. It’s great and we love it. Wait, I guess I do wish it would sound some kind of constant beep if the power is left on too long after completion of cycle - my daughter has left the power on a few times accidentally. I know the warning plate shuts itself off after a certain amount of time but still I would like to know if the power is still on. We have the glass pot and I think it’s beautiful. I sang praises so much that my mom decided to get her own. Great buy. Hope to have it for a long time.

Smoothest Coffee Ever
I was a barista for 5+ years and I exclusively used a French Press until my roommate at the time got this coffee maker. This thing makes the smoothest cup of coffee I've ever had. I never thought I'd use a drip coffee machine but now I can't live without it.

Not even a week and I love it.
Not even a week and I love the coffee this machine makes. Can't believe I've gone all these years with a $30 drip coffee maker. My 16oz and 22oz mugs work perfect, as this thing runs a little more water than printed, but they do say approx. I'm going to love making a quick mug full when heading out, and not dumping coffee down the drain later.

Best Anniversary Gift
I bought this coffee maker as an extremely self-serving anniversary present for my husband. Due to the shelter-in-place orders here in Ontario, his morning mocha was becoming hard to aquire. I found this item deeply discounted on the Amazon Warehouse site (it had an open box and was missing the instruction manual), et voila! I forced him to open it early, we gave it a THOROUGH cleaning (because, pandemic), and haven't looked back since! I love the Ninja brand, and I love being able to maintain our concerning level of caffeine consumption (and support our local coffee-houses - most of them deliver fresh-ground beans!!). Aside from the fact 2020 is a straight dumpster fire of a year, this was a great anniversary.
