Confidence Booster Leggings

I buy these in medium and I'm usually a large. I'm 5'8" and 145 lbs. The control top waistband is just the right fit to smooth out my midsection,. I think they do a better job than any shapewear I own. They don't last forever—maybe a year if you wear them fairly frequently—but they're $20 pants, so whaddaya want?

Does the job

Fit even better than I expected. I wore their pantyhose for years as a flight attendant standing, walking, and bending all day and never had the dreaded creeping down my legs. Fast forward to now I’m in a wheelchair and can’t explain how irritating it is when your pants are half way down your *ss. Decided to try these as I loved the pantyhose….love them!!!! They stay up, (actually make me sit up straighter) and legs stay down so I don’t look like I’m ready for a flood. For reference I’m 5’9 and 120-125 (with a belly) ordered a medium and fit perfectly! Did I mention I LOVE them!

odd fit

Out of the packaging, these were tight but not uncomfortably so considering they were supposed to be "shaping" leggings. The cotton part doesn't seem to have much spandex and after 2 non-consecutive days wear they were loose and I had to keep pulling them up. The top came up high, as described, and had a thicker material that had some support. I say "had" because that also was loose by the 2nd wear. Right at hip/crotch level, the loose-ness was the worst. Baggy. At the bottom, the opening is oddly wide- this was the 1st time I put them on so they only got looser. In order to them to be snug, I had to pull them up toward my calves, to about 6 inches above my ankle. I don't think I can return them, but they are not what I wanted. Not sure about the longevity either, or how they'll hold up in the wash. I do like the cottony feel, though. If you are maybe a pear shape with a flat tummy, these might fit. Don't expect "shaping" leggings.... these are just cotton leggings with a snug, high waist.

Good for lounging

These are great lounging around leggings. I wouldn’t recommend for the gym. They are basic cotton stretchy pants

Not the normal material

I wear these leggins religiously because they are the only one that hides my belly fat so I know these leggins inside and out and these are not the same material as the ones you would buy in the store or they make them different around the sems but either way they are close enough

Runs Big!

I ordered an XL (5’6”, 172 lbs) with the assumption that all online clothing runs small and is relatively cheaply made but not these. They are made well and thick enough so you don’t see your skin through them or your underwear. And, they run large. I will steal my daughter’s mediums and order her a small.

Fits Smaller Than The Regular Leggings

I have about a dozen pairs of full length and Capri Leggings made by this company and I love them. They don't have the control pants that this style has. I ordered a size up after reading the review and they fit at least a full size smaller. The extra large is a little tighter than I'd like but they are the same great quality and I've kept them, it's an incentive to lose 5-10 lbs so they will be super comfy to wear!!!

Great tummy control but scratchy material

These pants have excellent tummy control! But the seam along the belly was super scratchy, unfortunately.

Totally different than last pair!

I'm really disappointed. I purchased these pants maybe a year ago and loved them! I ripped them on something and immediately ordered a new pair (I went to "buy again" so I know they are the same ones). They arrived and they are not the same at all, the colour isn't really black, you can see the white through it and they don't look very nice. Super sad!!
