Roasted Garlic

Works well, perhaps there are cheaper ways to get the same results, but, I like this little ‘gadget’ and it roasted my garlic perfectly. I used individual cloves of garlic rather than a whole head; tossed in some olive oil and Italian seasoning - 45 minutes later, tasty, roasted garlic.

It does the job really well! My only wish would be that they glaze the bottom 1/2" or so of the lid for easier cleaning. The top of the base is glazed for easy cleaning, but not the bottom of the lid that sits IN the base. The bottom of the lid absorbs the oils from the cooking process and then can't be easily cleaned because it's soaked into the terracotta.

Easy to use

Garlic comes out great. Larger roaster is a plus. It is a good bargain.
