The Hop Strainer/Filter can be used easily. Start by using the handle hooks to hang it inside of the kettle, then pour the hops directly into the Strainer. It is 3 inches by 12 inches and made of 300 Micron, this is enough to allow draining while preventing the rest from entering the brewing pot. Keeping out the residue from the hops allowing for an easier process and faster clean up. To clean, throw out all of excess left behind after straining and then wash directly after use with water.
