Can’t go wrong with this hidden shackle design padlock. All four locks are keyed alike…so it comes with 8 same keys on an easy to copy common American padlock key blanks which is plenty. I used a pair of these on some upper and lower double doors. Vandals know these are tough and will probably find an easier opening to get into next time. I used Master Brand Hasps though because they were larger and better than the cheap ones and shipped faster. But I chose these pick locks because they are cheaper than Master with the same build quality. Would/ Will buy again!

Didn't work for me

My enclosed trailer is a bit older and these would not work for me. The space in the back of the lock was not open enough to fit how far apart my lock wings are.

Heavy duty, but bent key!

This lock fit perfectly inside a Masterlock hasp meant for hockey puck locks, and had enough play to allow for mislocation of the hasp halves when mounting them on whatever application you have. Very sturdy, heavy, beautiful chrome job on the exterior of the lock, cylinder slides very smoothly. The only beef I have with it is they provided inadequate packaging protection, and as such, one of the pair of keys that comes with it was bent enough to initially make it unusable. Quick fix for me, I put it in my metal working vise, and straightened the key enough to correct the problem. I partially fault Amazon for not packaging it adequately. Otherwise, a great value for the money! Updated 10/12/2020: After a bit of rain, I noticed rusting on the interior of the mechanism recesses. Used WD40 and grease in there, hopefully it’ll keep the lock operable thru the winter!

Locks "freeze up" if you do not use the key and unlock them FREQUENTLY. Especially if you have humid weather. Took me an hour and a half to get one re lubricated an unlocked on my enclosed trailer. They are a good lock, give you peace of mind when using them, but need some improvement on the tumbler freezing issue. I had 3 of my 4 locks "tumbler freeze". 2 unfroze within a couple minutes of persistence, the 3rd was a stress issue. And this is in warm/hot summer (occassional rain) weather.

I bought the lock in the Winter time locked my trailer door shut with it didn't need to open till summer time I'm when summer time came the lock had Corroded Shut the key won't even unlock it almost broke off inside the lock

Really nice lock! Fits Master Lock hasp well.

I wanted a high security lock and hasp for a storage cabinet I built. I bought this lock and the Master Lock Puck hasp. They fit together perfectly. This lock is really heavy and impressive! I'm no lock expert, but I do work in manufacturing and engineering. It appears to be well designed and made. The lock mechanism works smoothly. It's fit and finish is top notch. Overall I'm very satisfied with it. I feel like my belongings are secure with this lock.

Didn't fit

Seemed like a heavy duty, durable lock. Would have been perfect.......if it had fit. Width of the slot/opening was good, but the height of the slot/opening wasn't large enough to fit over the hasps on my enclosed trailer.

Secure lock for my trailer

I bought this to use with a Blaylock TL-33. I purposely avoided Master, Trimax and Peaktow from a lock integrity point of view. It turned out that the shackle opening was a bit too small (about 1/4") to fit the rod from the trailer lock. After I ground down the rod a bit, it worked well. I wish the puck lock was flat backed {notched at bottom likely for hasp). There's only one picture posted in the item description and I didn't notice that when I ordered it. But it still works well, and I could always find some metal to fill that gap later. Lock is hefty and appears to be good quality. Lock tumbler is brass so should hold up okay to the elements. Overall. It looks like a very good product.
