Arrived with a scratched up handle - returned
Handle was scratched all over - it was shipped inside the main body so it definitely happened in the factory or something like that.

The media could not be loaded. Better than I imagined it would be. Nice looking and handles cleaning well.

Kind of Nice!
I received my toilet brush yesterday. On putting it together I noticed that the screw in the handle didn't fit the screw hole very well. The threads in the hole for the screw seemed bigger than the screw itself and so the screw was loosey goosey in the hole. The only thing keeping the handle straight is the round plate which is installed on the handle. You have to play with the handle a bit putting it together to make sure the handle sits straight. Once together it looks pretty good.
