PRODUCT DESCRIPTION NuVein brand compression socks are made in the USA and have classic medical knit styling. A unisex fit for Men and Women that puts healthy legs first; NuVein support stockings and compression hosiery use therapeutic graduated compression to restore blood flow and circulation. Designed to hospital grade standards for practical everyday wear, NuVein relieves common vein conditions associated with age, lifestyle, or even just sitting or standing for long periods of time. NuVein is suitable for adults of all ages to treat and prevent cardiovascular stress and help manage common symptoms like: tired restless legs, aching sore muscles and feet, or heavy feeling in extremities and toes. NuVein is available in "Medium Strength" or "Heavy Strength" compression. Compression strength is measured in "mmHg" pressure, which indicates how tight the garment will feel. Choose 15-20 mmHg (medium strength) compression to revitalize legs with discomfort, swelling, bulging, or blood clots (fluid buildup post surgery). Travelers who experience "economy class syndrome" or "jet leg" should wear 15-20 mmHg, as should pregnant, expecting, or nursing mothers. Medium 15-20 strength is the common starting point for first time wear. Choose 20-30 mmHg (heavy strength) compression when recommended by a doctor or health care provider for vascular disease patients suffering from: DVT, Edema, Varicose Veins, Spider Veins, Sclerotherapy in Lymphatic System, Laser Vein Ablation, Thrombosis, and EVLT Endogenous Radiology. Always confirm the correct compression strength prior to purchase. Increasing compression strength will impact application and feel tighter. NuVein hose feature classic styling and a breathable opaque smooth fabric that conceals topical bulging veins. Closed toe options will not compress or bind foot when worn in shoes. Open toe model for easy toe inspection and permit one standard size to fit a variety of foot length dimensions. Measure when swelling is at a minimum. Sold in pairs. Quality Product But I Couldn't Use, They Cut Off My Circulation
I am new to the world of compression stockings but have tried a few. For me the thigh band areas on these were too tight. Even though at first felt ok on, within the small amt of time I had them on just to try them on, the thigh elastic bands had made a very uncomfortable physical dent in my legs that took like a day to go back down. Everyone's body is different, so if you are very firm or more muscular in your legs like a man, these may be a good product for you. But if you are female and have softer thighs or swelling, etc., these may be too hard to wear. I wanted to use these, because they actually were the nicest ones I've tried on, and the inside of the elastic thigh bands are lined with tiny gel beads to comfortably grip your skin which hold up the stockings quite nicely. But on my body, the thigh bands were too tight. I ordered the largest size so not sure if it's a manufacturing problem or what, but if the size is larger so should be the thigh elastic part. The stocking part was comfortable. Not buttery soft like some other brands I've had, but did feel great once on. I was concerned though that as I tried them on, the seams at the heel which provides the heel cup were already looking very stretched, so not sure how long that sesm would hold up long term. The foot area fit very well and I liked the open toe feature of these for when I wear birkenstocks. All said they are a good quality stocking, just make sure you're able to handle the tightness of the thigh bands. Imo I think, although they did look super cute on me lol, they're probably more suited for a man's firmer thighs. Also the photo is accurate but imo kind of tricky to see if they are thigh highs or full leg stockings that go up to your waist. So they should change out the photo to make it more clear. Right now at 1st glance it looks like they took a photo of a full stocking and just cut the top half off.

Dependable Hoses!
I like how they fit. I have been trying to find a good fit. These worked well for me. The only downfall is limited color for different shades of people. If someone started a compression hose company with real colors to match different people it would be a big seller. However, these are dependable and run true to size. I really like them and it saved me about fifty dollars versus going to the clinic for them.

Very Nice Stockings
I recently underwent a vein procedure and needed to wear compression stockings for several weeks. I ordered several pairs from different manufacturers on Amazon. I ordered this pair as a backup. This brand ended up being my favorite stocking. These were an excellent fit and of excellent quality; I like the texture of the material and the shaped heal - this made putting on the stockings easier.

Definitely make a difference!
I like these because they don’t have feet and they’re not pantyhose so they feel very comfortable and cool.

Excelente

Good Product for this Price Point
The look and fit is as described + they stay up well. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to the upper band due to an allergy, don't let this deter you unless you have an actual allergy too, I'm wearing them inside-out without issue so it's still a great product.
