Dog loves it! Perfect size for small dogs.

It is only day one but she has been glued to it for 30 minutes and counting. She has two other nylabones that were delivered this week. She has pushed them to the side for the new one. She is 20 pounds and this is the perfect size. It easy for her to hold with her paws. I give it a thumbs up. It is dog approved!!

I wish they describe these better… These the super hard “durables” That a dog and she won until you have to throw it away because it looks too grubby!!! it’s not consumable. This is one of those things I use as a “go to” For a dog who occasionally has a need for a really strong chew (gotta bite SOMEthing!). Only a dog could smell the scent that makes them attractive but they are very attractive

Worth every penny

My puppy will go for this bone over all the other chew toys on the floor and she sticks with it for a while which gives me a break. It will definitely last a while as you can hardly tell she has chewed on it after 6 weeks.

Adult dogs love these

I spent a whole lot of money on dental chews that my dogs wouldn’t touch. They love these. I haven’t checked their teeth recently, but hopefully these will help keep them clean. And chewing on these seems to relieve stress. And with my two smallish dogs they are lasting a long time.

Too hard for my dog

My dog usually loves anything nylabone brand but he just didn’t take to this bone, I think it was a little to hard for his little teeth.

A real hit with old and young dogs

My experience of nylabones has not been successful in the past - the dogs just didn't seem to like their slippery smooth surface and preferred grinding their teeth on bits of cow bone from the pet shop. This however has changed their opinions. The textured surface makes it much more attractive to them. Our 10 year old lab/retriever cross roughed one end up after a couple of sessions with it (he is a power chewer) and then our 15 week old puppy set to, enjoying the texture of the ready-chewed edges. This is great - old and young dogs, keeping them occupied while keeping their teeth in good shape. I would not know whether they get the chicken flavour, but it keeps them happy anyway!

My dog's favourite lasting chew/toy!

Purchased as a replacement for my dog's current one that has lasted months, him being a avid Terrier Breed chewer. Great price for Nyabone and fast delivery too. My dog knew it was for him even as I was opening the packaging, as he must have been able to smell the freshness of a nice new one. He loves the taste of and it's one of the very few chew toys tough enough to last him months. He obviously loves the taste too, as he chews it for ages each day. I love to see him enjoy getting it from him toy box each day as his favourite, knowing too it's good for his teeth and gums, at such a good price. Highly recommend for dog's that chew through toys in minutes, as they will have this last a very long time!

Extreme Chewer

Our dog absolutely loves these bones for when he has a need to chew (and he is an extreme chewer once he starts) and carries it around like Gollum to his precious. Also cleans his teeth too and keeps him happy. Wouldn't advise playing fetch in the house with it though, as my son discovered when he launched it down the stairs and chipped a vase! Will purchase again.

Hours of pleasure for my dog, certain to please yours

Guide dogs deserve the best and, as I have one, he deserves this wonderful bone. It seems strange that a dog will enjoy what is ultimately a synthetic product, but it is his first love when he gets home from a day at work and he's not sharing it! I'm not sure I would want to try it in any case. Only one minor criticism; the bone can become a little sharp after a few weeks of use but this only adds to its charm for him. Don't be put off by the nylon description, your medium to large size dog will love it.

Cut my dogs gums!

Our American Bulldog loved a good chew toy... this is not one of them! she chewed for around 2 days on and off then I found blood drops all on her bedding looking at the bone as the dog chews it creates sharp jagged bumps that have cut her gums I have binned it straight away. Stick to the heavy duty kongs and treat balls. If our dogs teeth/gums were not healthy I dread to think what state her mouth would be in and facing an expensive vets bill!!
