Very comfortable

Bought this shirt for snorkeling near reefs. It is very comfortable and offers a little more protection than just a polyester or no shirt plus the stretch material and sun protection are good. This was the second one I have bought.

Good fit and comfort

Bought the O'Neill smoke large. I'm 5'7, 155 lbs. My t-shirts are all size large but they are also mostly all cotton. This size sun shirt fit perfectly for the intended use, close to the body but far from tight. After reading all the reviews I wasn't sure how to "guess" the right size. This is it for me. Good luck.

Good Quality, Great Brand and Price-Just Order Up a Size!

I live in North Palm Beach, Florida and overlook Safe Harbor Marina at Old Port Cove. Most of us wear rash guards as we're with fishing, boating or by the water often I love rash guards as I'm a sweater. And it's humid here in Florida. I purchased a white shirt and it arrived promptly and looked good and has washed very well and kept be from overheating and keeps the sweaty feeling off my body My suggestion is to order one size up. I ordered an XL for comfort and I noticed when putting it in it was more clingy than I'm used to. Once it was on my torso I took it off as it just felt too much like I was wearing a form fitting shirt. So I purchased one size up and love it. I'm 5'10", 44 years old, 34" waist and often wear an XL size just for comfort. If you're normally a small, is I go medium and so forth. And then you'll love the shirt. I hope this was useful. Peter

Definitely go one size larger than normal! I ordered xl and I usually wear large. This fits tight but perfect for a swim shirt.

High quality, tight fit.

High quality shirt and while rash guards are supposed to fit fairly tight, I’d still recommend buying a size larger for a good fit.

Good product

My husband wore this while in Hawaii and it worked well as a sun shield. It wasn't too loose or too tight-we bought his normal size. However, this is kinda random, but it did chafe his nipples and he stopped wearing it after a few days because it was hurting him. I know that's awkward, but it's just a thing that happens with these shirts I think. My brother-in-law and nephew also had the same problem and they were all wearing different brands of swim shirts.... The shirt itself is very soft, so I'm not sure what the deal is (sensitive men in our family perhaps, lol?)

Size

The size was completely wrong. As advertised these are supposed to be skin tight so as a result I ordered a size up. when it arrived it was massive.. Like 2 sizes too big. Still waiting in a refund for postage both ways and the item itself.

Great fit

Really like how this isn't a skin tight style rash guard shirt. I normally take a large shirt but ordered a XL just to be sure with this shirt. Has s really nice slim contoured fit but not skin tight. I can easily wear this as a swim shirt, and then go to lunch and it looks like a tshirt. It's two shirts in one. My other rash guard shirts are skin tight have to be literally peeled off when wet

Indispensable beach wear for light skinned guys like me!

Worked perfectly to prevent any sunburns in hot Mexico summer sun during vacations. The fabric is very soft and this rash guard shirt is a bit looser than the usual ones you see on the beach (even if it was labeled as "Slim Fit" on the collar stamp). I am 5ft9 and about 155 lbs; usually I wear size S or M for my shirts and I ordered a L for this to be sure I'd be comfy. It was a bit too large but worked out all right. If you are on the fence about the size, order your true size; it will be a bit snug but not tight.

Comfort in Blue

I bought a variety of sun shirts for a recent vacation. First, I'm glad I got blue as the white shirts stain with SPF. It's not noticeable with the blue shirt. Second, it's so freaking comfortable. Get it wet and it keeps you cool in the hottest weather (Dominican). The fit was right, well constructed and it's just nice.
