Description says Flame Resistant but product doesn't

OK, I must say that I like this product and it would be nice if I could actually use it as intended. I purchased this because if says that it is flame resistant in the description, and I work in an industry that requires that for items worn on the job. But when the item arrived, it said absolutely nothing about being flame resistant in the packaging or on the item itself. If you are familiar with flame resistant work clothing, you know that it is required to be labeled as flame resistant. So, while I found it to be very warm, and I like the design, I can't use it for what I had intended to use it for, so I am disappointed. If you don't need flame resistance and want a good hard hat liner for cold weather, then this would be good. It is very configurable to allow for face coverage or not. The material really bunches up in the neck, which means extra insulation to me. I gave it three stars because of the improper description and not being able to use it on my job. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars.

I bought this for my son for the long cold winter months. It looks very warm for working outside. So far he has not had to use it. But when he does should keep him nice and warm.
