zipper strip tears off easily

Comfortable, very hi-viz and affordable. The only problem is we have to re-sew the zipper strip in. The entire zipper strip pulls off the orange vest from the bottom. The ones we were buying (same brand) several years ago didn't do this, but the most recent two batches have this problem. Vendor should double-stitch the zipper onto the vest.
