Leak!

Wanted to love these (I bought two) but they leak. Turned the gasket around and it helped-but still needs a better one.

Suboptimal ergonomics

Most of the time I use the mug to drink coffee at home with the lid off. The only short-coming in that respect is that the top of the mug is threaded to secure the lid. Embracing the threaded lid with one's lips while drinking is an aesthetic detraction. Better to just drink out of an ordinary mug. As a travel mug in the car, this mug also falls short of the mark. When the lid is screwed onto the cup, the lid's opening for drinking only works for left-handed grasping of the handle. The lid does not rotate to optimize drinking without also unscrewing it. The lid for my previously-owned OGGI travel mug seated securely into the mug just by pushing it down into the mug, so the drinking aperture could be optimally positioned. Solution: Grasp the body of the mug when taking coffee on the road unless left handed...in other words, why even buy a travel mug with a handle if the lid screws on and doesn't also rotate for positional adjustment? The sliding closure for the drinking aperture has worked well initially. Time will tell whether this siding closure eventually loosens so that the aperture closes when the mug is raised for drinking, a problem that developed for me with a similar OGGI travel mug using the same mechanism.

Sticky sticker is it's only flaw

I like the style of these mugs and wanted to replace my old one. The new one is a bit smaller, but I can live with that. What is really annoying is that my product came with a sticker on it that was not easily removable and left a sticky residue on the side of the mug. Hopefully the stickiness will diminish with each washing, but I honestly hate stickers like that. If you must put a sticker on a product, put it on the bottom.

Works for the money

For the price... It's fine and lite weight. But... If being picky ... My coffee seems to come out the top of cap even when closed. I actually watch it bubble out the top. Not a real comfortable drink to handle angle. But again for the price. It works.. oh, be careful with cap. If u struggle at all putting on... U may accidentally start stripping the paint off the base. (Like I did)

Leaks Like a Sieve Poorly Designed

I've been through a lot of tumblers in 77 years, but this one was the worst. It's really to bad too, because it was the first travel tumbler (with a top and handle) that actually fits under a Keurig coffee maker without having to remove the Keuric spill basin. As an engineer, I found that although they have a silicone gasket in the lid, the top edge of the tumbler itself doesn't seal against the gasket when you screw it on. The manufacturer needs to put a thicker gasket in the lid and adjust the threads so that the drinking spout is at a right angle to the handle for both right and left handed people. So I reverted back to my old reliable tumbler made by "Bubba".
