Loud and very strong

This toothbrush is like going to the dentist for a thorough cleaning by a hygienist. It is very powerful and very loud. If you require such a strong action, this may work for you, but it didn't for me. I found it uncomfortable to use although it is very thorough. It has a 60 day money back guarantee but you have to pay to return it and then you get a debit card instead of a refund. I took mine back to Target for a refund to my credit card. Instead I bought a Philips Sonicare 4100. I found it to be very thorough but also gentler to use. It also has a longer charge time of more than 14 days. YMMV

great cleaning

cleans the teeth great. the bluetooth with mapping is not accurate and i find this function to be useless. supposedly its improved in one of the newer models
