Good chain to get experience and then move on to ...

Bought this chain for an echo cs-800 chainsaw. Heavy saw but it just cuts flat out. You hold it firm in the cut and all is well. This chain is the low vib and kickback version and fairly safe to use especially if its your first time stepping into the 80cc saw range. Good chain to get experience and then move on to the full chisel type chains down the road. Easy to hone and bring back to better than new sharpness.

I used this 24" bar and chain on my new ...

I used this 24" bar and chain on my new Echo CS 590. It doesn't cut quite as fast as the 20" chain that came with the saw. I assume it's because it is low kickback. I would also have assumed that the 20" chain would have been a low kickback chsin. But maybe not. Overall it's not that much slower. If it's for safety, then I'm ok with it.

Good chain, cut awesome, but too many teeth to be sharpened when needed, and can't take rakers down, as they are folded over
