The Oregon 90PX052G AdvanceCut Saw Chain is a .043" gauge, 3/8" pitch, low kickback, low-vibration chain which allows homeowners and landscapers to effortlessly maintain their trees. Designed for use with small, low-powered chainsaws, 90PX offers greater chain efficiency thanks to Oregon’s narrow kerf cutting systems which require less power than standard cutting systems. The chain’s narrow .043" gauge makes it 15% lighter. The twin cutting corners on the low-vibration, low kickback Chamfer Chisel cutters offer outstanding performance. Always use this chain with guide bars designed for narrow kerf chain. The Oregon 90PX052G AdvanceCut Saw Chain replaces Husqvarna H38 52, Stihl 61PMM3 52, Echo 90PX52CQ and Oregon 90SG.

This saw chain met the kickback performance requirement of ANSI B175.1-2012 when tested according to the provisions of ANSI B175.1-2012. Low-kickback saw chain meets the kickback performance requirement of CSA Standard Z62.3. Always use narrow kerf chain in combination with narrow kerf designed bars. For saw sizes up to 42 cc. Top-Plate Filing Indicators make accurate sharpening easier. LubriTec keeps your chain and guide bar oiled for less friction and longer life. Oregon makes great stuff and it is all I look for
At another time, in another life... I used to run a power equipment shop in New Hampshire. I sold and serviced Stihl & Husqvarna chain saws and many of my clientele were professional loggers. For replacement chains I only carried two brands - Stihl and Oregon, and I sold a lot more Oregon chains than the other brand. I would buy prepackaged for homeowners and I would buy bulk chain and cut and link my own chains to sell to the pros. After leaving the state, I sold all my personal saws and now I just use a Ryobi battery saw for occasional pruning. My saw has the 14" blade and this chain fits & works perfectly. Completely different use case but exactly the same experiance with Oregon chains. Oregon makes great stuff and it is all I look for.

Performs just like the original 90PX052...
This is an Oregon 90PX052 chain, it is: - made in the U.S.A., - is for 14" bar-guides with a .043" kerf, - has 52 drive links, 26 of which are connecting links and 26 of which are cutters, - is for a 3/8" low-profile sprocket, and - “Oregon” is stamped on every link The product suffix on Oregon 90PX052 chains (XMA, G, or CK) denotes the type of box (packaging) the chain comes in. The chains themselves are identical, so buy the least expensive one you can find. These chains fit Makita chain saws such as the XCU03Z 14", and they perform just like the original. If your chain has the same specs as above, it will fit your saw.

Good value
I purchased several of these so that I have them on hand when doing trail maintenance on my atv. Easy to swap out if needed, very sharp and sturdy. The brand new chain costs a few dollars more than having to send it out to be sharpened, but I save time and gas! ($13 new chain vs $10 sharpening)

The exact chain for my Makita cordless chainsaw for 40% less
You know I bought the MAKITA branded chainsaw blade just to be sure I had the right one. Guess what? It came in a Makita box. Open the Makita box and you find this Oregon chainsaw blade in an actual Oregon box!! All Makita did was take the Oregon (in its own box) & put it in a Makita box and charge 40% more. Geeezzzzzz I'm a Makita fan, but you know that should be against the law.

For a first timer...
This chain was excellent to work with! Went on easily and great performance. In fact, went back and got a spare of the same thing!

Very sharp chain. Came in 4 days
Great product. I bought this to replace the original chain that came with my EGO 56V battery chainsaw. It is just as sharp as original ( which I damaged hitting a rock ). I have cut down multiple trees with diameters up to 16 inches and bucked them all up with no issues. I just bought a second one to have on hand when I wear this one out. Highly recommend .
