Too large to offer any ankle support
This ankle brace was a total disappointment. I am a woman of medium build and so purchased the small, but it was quite large, and I could not configure the straps to offer any support. I tried it on a couple of times and it has sat in the closet for 6 months because it did not work for me. Instead, if you need moderate support, I recommend the Neo-G ankle brace or the McDavid 432 ankle brace with strap. If you need minimal support, the Bracoo ankle brace was comfortable. I found the ASO and Swede-O braces to offer maximal support, but I could not tolerate wearing either, because they put too much pressure in the wrong places.

I'm pretty upset because I've spent about $50 on braces that ...
After buying a set of the medium ones, I found out they were too tight. So I purchased a set of the large ones, only to find out that they are WAY too big. I'm pretty upset because I've spent about $50 on braces that don't work, and it's almost not worth returning them because of the restocking and shipping fees. I'm sure if they actually fit they would provide relief and support, which is why I'm handing them over to my physical therapist in hopes that someone else will get use out of them. If that happens I may change my review rating.

it's not too bad.
The material is a little coarse right above the ankle cut-out so it can irritate a little. But overall, it's not too bad.
