Very well built

Strong arm, very tight movement. Base bracket is thick and holds it well. Reviews sat its batteries don't last long but it's VERY bright so that is normal I would think. We installed it on the wall in our motorhome so battery life is not an issue for us. The long and short of it is its a nice mirror and a good price

So convenient

We had a mirror similar to this in our previous house and decided to add one when updating our current bathroom. I use eye drops 4x/day and the magnification and closeness of this mirror is so convenient for that. My husband uses it for shaving. He installed it to suit his height and then had to lower it a few inches so that we could both use it. Installation was easy but he had to fiddle with it a bit to get the arm to lay perpendicular to the base when closed. It wanted to drop down and that annoyed me, like a picture on the wall that is off kilter. The light feature is new to us and is very effective. I like that it is battery operated because I wouldn't like a cord hanging down. A rechargeable unit would be ok but not worth the extra cost. I'm very happy with this.

Pretty good mirror

This is by no means the best out there, but it will serve my purpose. For those stating it's too dim, they recommend using lithium batteries. The photos show the dim one with regular batteries and the brighter one with lithium batteries
