Great pans

Great pans that heat evenly and clean up easily. Durability is on par with anything else I've used. My only complaint is that the handle can get hot on the end toward the pan when using higher heat

Very upgraded coating since last purchase

I purchased a set of these in 2019. After daily use, it was time to renew, so I goy a set of these. Two big improvements: 1) Far superior non-stick coating to the prior one (and I thought it was easily best on the market at the time). 2) They are re-balanced....prior ones were handle heavy.....these are balanced and easier to use. As I see it, if you get 3 years out of any non-stick daily use cookware, you've gotten your money's worth....and these are as good as it gets.

Really good performance and value

We had some expensive pans that seemed to be losing their non-stick performance and began to look around for new ones. After a little research we decided we would prefer ceramic vs. the various plastic coatings. So we've had good experience with Oxo brand stuff and heard that America's Test Kitchen had red these highly. At first we were curious if we'd be happy with the lighter weight, but that's been a real plus. [They're not flimsy, but what we had before weighed a ton in the name of even heat dissipation.] We've had these several months and are very happy with the cooking performance.... the heat seems pretty even and the slope of the sides is useful. But we're really happy with the non-stick performance. It's just amazing. And the whole set cost less than one of our heavy 11-inch skillets

Wish I bought them a long time ago!

My old non-stick pans were getting ratty so I looked at reviews of non-stick cookware. This pan series (in some form, I got the set of three skillets) was recommended by America's Test Kitchen. I hesitated for a second on the price, but decided it would be worth it if they worked as well as suggested. They are really nice. They heat evenly and are easy to clean. I wish they had lids. You might have to adjust if you have used an old worn set because they are so non-stick you just might flip things out of the pan. No regrets. I wish they sold a large pot with a lid outside of a set.
