I'm in between medium & large DISAPPOINTED

Like another reviewer indicated I really wanted this dress to work because it's a beautiful design & I wanted to support the designer (I'm so happy for her, yeahhh), the show & Amazon but the medium was too small around the hips & the large way too big all over. The difference between the medium & large is 3.5 inches but the difference btw the xsmall to small & small to medium is 2 inches. So disappointed ???? that was what I needed. But the dress is made well & materials used is of good quality. I got the medium first and it came in a gorgeous Pantora packaging. Very pretty & expensive looking presentation and I returned everything with the medium dress. The large size dress came on time but wasn't packaged fancy like the previous one. I ordered a blouse from the collection also. I ordered it the same day as the large dress & it was in stock but is not being delivered until 5 days after receiving the dress. Go figure, but I'm waiting for the blouse & hope it works for me.... I'm 5' 5' 170 lbs. I hope this was helpful

Looked awkward on me

I was attracted to the style of this dress, because this style is typically flattering on my body type (curvy with a thick middle), however it wouldn't fit right in the bust area and if I sized up, the bottom would be too big. The quality of the dress is high quality and very well made. I was sad to send it back. I purchased another Pantora dress which fits, feels and looks phenomenal. I will try another piece if available.

Cut WAY too small in the hips

I love this dress. The colour and design are fantastic, and for once the fabric didn’t make me break out in hives. Unfortunately, it is cut so small in the hips that it split up to my crotch in the front. I am built proportionately and it fit fine on the top, but was at least 8” too narrow across the hips to be wearable. It might have fit better without the lining, but I wasn’t going to cut that out. Yet another disappointment from Amazon’s poor execution of a brilliant design.

Nice fabric, beautifully packaged, but too large

I love this designer and wanted this to work. The big problem is that I ordered according to the Amazon size chart and not my normal size and I was swimming in the dress. A more minor problem that I could have fixed if the dress was closer to my size is that there are only two snaps at the waist and a belt holding the dress closed. I would have added a snap by the legs and at the chest—otherwise there would be a lot of both showing any time there was a breeze.

Long sleeves, poor cut.

Material is a poly crepe, super static inducing. The poly slip underneath it cut weird and was visible as it kind of hung past the seam? Sleeves are cut Looooong, (think 10 year old in Dads blazer sort of look.) Waist was fine? I'm not proportioned abnormally, this was just not put together well. ????

Perfect black dress!

Beautiful fit and super comfortable for full size figures! I’m a 12-14 and all the areas I’m conscious of (stomach, arms) completely hides yet gives me a figure. It’s also unique when so many basic black dresses can make you look older than you area or simply just too boring.

Wanted to like this but not for short people and not well made

Pros: Fabric felt really great for the price and came in a nice dust bag (was surprised given how affordable the dress was) Cons: not a good cut for petite women (I'm 5'2 and the long asymmetric part almost hit the floor and the neckline was very low cut (below my bra). Most of this I could overlook but the worst part was that on the draping side, the inner liner was way too long / large (see photo, the inner liner showed more than an inch outside of what should have been the outer seam of the dress).

I don't even understand it

Wrap dress is always supposed to be flattering for plus size woman, that was until I tried on this wrap dress. There wasn't one part of my body this looked good. The sleeves were like 2 inches too long and I'm not a short armed person or anything. the cut just didn't sit anywhere on my body where it was supposed to. Really unflattering and confusing to try and make work. Crazy disappointed.
