Best discovery

When I was in my late 20s, I had a period where my gums were constantly bleeding, and I thought nothing of it until I finally went to get a teeth cleaning. At the time, I was not taking care of my teeth as I should’ve been and was not getting regular cleanings. Sometimes I wouldn’t go to the dentist for over a year. I also didn’t floss or use mouth wash because I didn’t realize the importance of it. I began using this toothpaste in addition to using ‘soft picks’ for flossing, a water flosser every now and then, and the Therabreath mouthwash. My gums no longer bleed, and my teeth have been noticeably whiter. I learned to not rinse my mouth with water after brushing my teeth with this toothpaste for best results.

Great for gums

It kind of works

This is a good toothpaste. My dental hygienist recommends this toothpaste for bleeding gums. I decided to try the whitening one and it kind of works. Nothing amazing though. I'll still use this brand with the whitening to see if it continues to whiten my teeth more.
