Warning - this coat is a size LARGE

I already ordered this coat - this exact one (I know because there is only one available and I just returned it). It is advertised as size SMALL, but when it arrived, the size is actually LARGE. It seems the bar code on the plastic package says small, so that's why the system keeps advertising it as that size. But the item inside is definitely a large...
