Great, but small

I have 3 cats and they all drink water *a lot*. We have three fountains in the house, all by this company. One of our older model ones started to die and was really loud, so we replaced it with this one a few days ago. Pros: This thing is silent! So quiet! It's next to our bed and never ever wakes us up. It has a nightlight - the bottom tier of the rainbow (the blue) actually glows so we don't walk into it at night. Being able to see it in the dark also means we can see if it's empty any time of day. It's cute. That might not be an important factor for everybody but it was for me. Cons: It's small, so if you have multiple cats you'll have to fill this daily. Overall this is absolutely worth the price tag and a steal if you can get it on sale. I highly recommend all of petlibros fountains and food bowls.

QUIET fountain

I've only received this today, and it is so quiet. I had another fountain where the water was so loud. It also got water all over, maybe because of the cats playing. I'm hoping this is neater and it's already quieter. ????

Attractive, quality product.

I love the look of this waterer. My 2 dogs(5# each) and cat took to it right away. Only complaint is that it doesn't hold enough water. Needs to be a bit deeper.

Great water dish for a single cat

Bought this to replace a custom-made ceramic dish that was heavy and started having issues with the pump. This one has been working flawlessly since I bought it. The only complaint I have is the size of the bowl. The bowl must be refilled every day. My cat drinks lots of water due to his diabetes.

Very nice, but noisy and small

I love the look of this, and the ceramic material is so important to me as it's the only feeding material I've found that won't cause a rash on my cats face! However, this water fountain is kind of noisy-- I have it in the hall outside my bedroom and the motor does distract me at night. Also, I feel like I'm having to refill it pretty often. I do wish it was both quieter and a little bit larger.

Becomes nonfunctional at MIN line

It's easy to put together and clean but after this for about a month I've noticed that when water reaches the min line it no longer goes through the spout. It doesn't have a water indicator so you won't know that it's low without disassembling it or until it stops working. Overall it's a nice fountain but I can't say that it's worth the money.

Parts keep breaking

The plastic parts on the inside of the water fountain keep breaking. You cannot buy replacement parts you have to get a whole new fountain. The only replacements you can get are the filters. It's quiet like it says but it's very cheaply made not worth the price. I have purchased two and had to replace one and now the other one is broken. Will never purchase this product again but now I have to find another one after spending the money I've spent on these. Very disappointed
