It turns around the neck

The closure is useless

The printing on this is fine but I thought it was velcro for the closure, it's just this cheap paper piece you're supposed to hook together? On a dog or cat??? How long is that going to stay on? Well the answer is about 2 seconds if you can even get it to work. We had to tape this "bandana" to get it to stay on long enough for some photos. I wouldn't have bought it if I had seen it in person.

Super cool, but the sewing isn’t the best.

This looks so cool, BUT the sewing has kinda put me off. Especially on the white side, but the blue side isn’t much better. I also hate how the plastic things that keep it attached to the cardboard made obvious holes on the white side. I attached pics to show exactly what all I’m talking about. It would have gotten 5 stars if it looked like it wasn’t gonna fall apart and or was just sewn better in general.
