I love it more than the dog
My dog gets bored with noiseless toys, but the squeakers drive me nuts. This is a perfect compromise. When squeezesd, it lets out a semi-quiet grunt. My dog loves it, and it saves my sanity.

Cute
Got it for our Dog. She won't even look at it! She's picky. But the cat's like it. Funny watching them try to carry it! It's well made.

My Dog Has No Interest
My dog likes chewing on plastic and this toy makes a noise like it. My dog does not like this toy. I put a treat inside and she still ignores it and will go look for a water bottle. She doesn’t even like it for fetch and prefers a tennis ball. I feel even if it were smaller she still would not like it. I was unable to get the plastic tags out of the toy and some pieces came off when I tried pulling them out by hand. This is a very soft toy and I would not recommend it for heavy chewers.

Great toy for tough chewers
My dog is a real tough chewer and so far this ball has held up. I love that it grunts rather than the high pitched squeaky toys

Grunter not impressive
My dog loves the unusual sounds, I had hoped this would be another great find, but I was disappointed with the grunt. It is very low volume and makes the center of the ball hard.

Jocko approved!
My dogs all time favorite ball! I bought it on close out sale originally because Jocko is a hard dog to shop for. Toys come, are destroyed and go. It turned out though, this one passed muster! if you have a hard core chewer... maybe not. But my Malinois loves just lightly chewing on it for hours. Like a binkiy for a baby, it's perfect entertainment for a high energy pup. The grunt sound is way nicer than a squeak and over time even that fades. (A plus in my book). He is very A.D.D. so something he clicks with and keeps him entertained is invaluable! I searched and searched for a replacement when we lost the last one and couldn't find it anywhere! One store is Canada had them. We were so excited to see these on Amazon we bought 5 right off for his birthday. He was so happy, his tail was waging him. Best ball ever!

Wouldn't call it crunch or crackle
We were hoping this would crackle like a water bottle but it does not. It has a weird sound but I would not say it's a crunch or crackle. A bit large for our puppy so will save. Rubber outside has held up on but my dog is an average chewer and not super interested in this so rarely plays with it. It is a little big for him (4 month lab) so maybe in another few months he'll get better use out of it. Update: at 6 months he gained more interest (and size to be able to play and chew on it properly - 60lb labs). The rubber outside has held up pretty well, a few small puncture holes but nothing major.

Dog loves it but 50-50 on durability....
I bought 2 of these balls for our medium/large dogs (lab mix) and they absolutely love them....but within 15 minutes the noise maker was seperated from one of the balls! REALLY disappointed in the lack of durability, although after 24 hrs and lots of play the green & yellow ball is still intact and a favorite, hopefully it last a long time. But at the price of these things, I am pretty bummed that only 50% lasted past the first 15 minutes of use.

Should have listened to the other reviewers
My dog is NOT a heavy chewer and has literally never torn/ripped/destroyed any other toy before. This toy broke apart after 15 minutes of him just squeaking it in his mouth and regular play. This toy is dangerous and appears to be made to pop apart at this exact spot. The choking hazard/internal blockage that this could be is not worth the few minutes of fun it provides. The noise is exactly like any other “duck” sounding toy so save your money and get that.
